In this part of the module, we focus on why you do what you do and who you do it for.

Andy takes you through an approach to positioning that helps you to investigate what you're known for – beyond the deliverable.

Then you'll interrogate your client relationships. Which engagements are valuable, and why? Which lose you money? Which make you happy? We'll introduce you to some key metrics that help you to differentiate between the great and the REALLY great.

Finally, in this part, you'll look at your team. Who would you miss if they left? You'll be introduced to a model that covers everything from diversity to replaceability, as you evaluate your people.

All of this will be made easier with our templated survey that you can share with clients and team members.
